"Our festival is more than just a place; it is a story of our Lebanese culture, food, and heritage, beautifully told through the art of hospitality."
The Taste of Lebanon Festival is a cherished annual event that unites our community, strengthens our relationships, and raises funds for our mission, ministries, and charities.
Held on the third weekend of September each year, this vibrant festival is hosted by Saint Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church on a beautiful 7-acre site in the prestigious North Raleigh neighborhood. It is surrounded by a blend of old and new communities bustling with multi-generational residents, many of whom have become loyal visitors to our food and cultural events.
The festival offers a true celebration of Lebanese culture. With free admission and on-site parking, our event is prepared to welcome everyone under waterproof tents, rain or shine, ensuring that both cooking and entertainment proceed without interruption. Attendees can indulge in authentic Lebanese cuisine, enjoy traditional dance performances and live music, and explore a cultural souvenir shop. There are fun activities for kids, a selection of fine wines and craft beers, a variety of Lebanese snacks, and a relaxing Hookah Garden.
On Saturday night, the festival transforms into a vibrant Lebanese “hafle,” a lively dance party open to all ages and communities. Taste of Lebanon organizers and volunteers warmly invite you to join us, immerse yourself in our culture, and embrace the spirit of our community. We look forward to celebrating with you and making this year’s festival truly unforgettable!
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.
